Britney Was Smiling and Laughing on Stretcher
Us Weekly is reporting that Britney Spears has been deemed a "special needs patient," meaning she may have overdosed or tried to commit suicide.
As Britney was rushed to the hospital last night via ambulance, "Extra" caught the troubled star smiling and laughing on the stretcher. Police said they found her "under the influence of an unknown substance."
She's now under evaluation at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
