Vanessa Williams: How I Stay Fit After Forty
“Ugly Betty's” Vanessa Williams has it all!
Besides being a gorgeous actress and singer, the mother of four has been nominated for her first Emmy Award for her role on “Ugly Betty.”
So does Vanessa have a special man in her life to share it with?
“Between four kids and these hours, squeezing a man in right now is impossible,” she reveals. “I'm open for opportunities. Bring it on in!”
Vanessa might be a busy woman, but she is looking younger than ever and she's revealing her workout tips to “Extra.”
“I work out,” says the beauty. “I have trainers in New York and L.A. I do yoga. When I'm not training, I'm on the treadmill. Especially after 40, you have to move your body. Lifting weights for me certainly helped me define my muscles and that really was the key for me.”
Vanessa will no doubt look gorgeous on the red carpet next month at the Emmy Awards, but who will be her big date on the special night?
“My mom might win out on that night,” says Vanessa.
