Details on Britney's Alleged Death Threat
The photographer who claims he was beat up by Britney Spears' bodyguard is telling “Extra” today that he will sue!
Andrew Deetz, the paparazzo in the scuffle that led to a screaming match and alleged death threats from Britney, came to “Extra” to set the record straight about the brawl heard around the world.
“My attorneys are planning on taking legal action,” Deetz told “Extra.”
The scuffle happened last week at the Wynn Las Vegas as Britney and her two children left the hotel spa. When Deetz and another photographer snapped pictures of the tots, Brit allegedly went ballistic, and cops were called.
Deetz claims that Britney's exact words were, “I will kill you. If I can't do it myself I will have you killed.”
Those chilling words, according to Deetz, are what led him to fear for his life.
Britney's bodyguard is now facing battery charges.
