Lindsay Lohan Involved in Nude Photo Scandal?

Lindsay Lohan officially left rehab just three days ago – and she's already back to the party scene!

“Extra's” inside sources revealed that Lindsay flew to Sin City on a private jet for a friend's party at Pure Nightclub, where she partied all night long with The Pussycat Dolls. She finally left around 4 a.m. with magician pal Criss Angel.

The drink of choice for the recently rehabbed starlet wasn't alcohol, but Red Bull. Her rep said that Lindsay has transitioned to an outpatient program, which includes voluntarily wearing an alcohol monitoring bracelet.

But that squeaky-clean image may not last long, as rumors are flying about some scandalous and very racy new photos.

The New York Post reports that Lindsay is worried that nude pics, taken by on-and-off-again boyfriend Calum Best, have been stolen from her computer by a hacker.

The Post said the owner of the website who claims to have the photos says Lindsay has even contacted the site, reportedly saying, “All I know is that someone broke into my computer and left a file on my desktop saying he got the pictures Cal took of me naked."

This is just the latest scandal for Lindsay. The Post also reports that the tutor who worked with Lindsay while she shot “Mean Girls” is publishing a book about a young starlet with one too many similarities to Lindsay.
