Court Orders Anna Nicole and Baby to Take Paternity Test
Anna Nicole Smith's case of “Who's the Daddy” will continue, based on a ruling by Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Robert A. Schnider.
According to photographer Larry Birkhead's attorney Debra Opri, the judge ruled Wednesday that Anna Nicole and baby girl Dannielynn must submit to DNA paternity testing without further delay.
Judge Schinder ordered that the test be completed by Feb. 21, 2007.
While the judge indicated the test may take place in the Bahamas, he also told Anna Nicole that if the test is not completed by the set date, he will order her to Los Angeles to appear before him in Los Angeles Superior Court.
