“Extra” has learned that the show spends $100,000 a week to make sure the “Housewives” don't poke through their tops.
“We have a very expensive nipple budget,” Nicollette dished to our Tanika Ray. “Women are not supposed to have nipples on ABC, they are not allowed!”
