Treat! Students Dress as Disney Princesses to Visit Sick Kids
Two college students who started a non-profit company visiting are giving young patients hope and a much-needed break this Halloween.
Kylee McGrane and Maggie McAndrew's A Moment of Magic uses about 40 volunteers from the Bronx-based College of Mount Saint Vincent, all of whom receive special training before making life-affirming visits to children stuck in the hospital, delighting their young audiences by appearing in full Disney Princess mode.
The visits, an hour or two, let the kids be kids for a small window of time, not sick kids.
Elite Daily's mini-documentary on A Moment of Magic's charitable endeavors is taking off on YouTube.
