Sneak Peek! A Heart-Wrenching Look at 'The Girl with Half a Face'
Seventeen-year-old Sarah Atwell suffers from a rare disease called neurofibromatosis, which has caused a massive tumor to develop on half of her face. Worse still, Sarah is bullied in her community and at her high school because of her condition.
In Discovery Fit & Health's upcoming special, "The Girl with Half a Face," Sarah embarks on a journey to undergo a risky operation to remove part of her tumor.
