Vargas explains, "Good nutrition for the skin is something I totally believe in. Mix yogurt with strawberries, pomegranate seeds, and some almond powder, put a little olive oil in there for good measure and scrub it all over your body! You won’t believe the glow your skin gets.”
She added, "Another trick for toning up the body is an old-fashioned one. A dry bristle brush! Brush your body once a day toward the heart. It does amazing things for toning up your body, including your booty!”
