Russell Brand and Katy Perry are going to have one epic wedding! Here are all the details...
According to the Press Association, the comedian and Perry will wed this Saturday at a luxury resort outside the Ranthambhore tiger sanctuary near Jaipur, India.
Mohan Singh, the Rajasthan Tour manager, said that his company is one of several involved in organizing a six-day celebration that begins Saturday with a Hindu wedding ceremony and will follow with tours of the tiger sanctuary for their 80 guests.
"This would be a colorful Rajasthan wedding, and both Brand and Perry would be attired in Indian wedding attires," Singh said.
The couple will be staying in a luxury tent at the Aman-i-Khas resort, and their guests will be staying at the Vanyavilas and Sher Bagh resorts.
District Police Chief Vishnu Kant said that while they're not aware of what the ceremony entails, they would not allow playing of musical instruments and blaring loudspeakers after 10 in the night." They don't want any loud noises that may disturb the wildlife or guests.
Brand popped the question to his pop star girlfriend in December 2009 outside the Taj Mahal while they were on vacation. They met at the MTV VMAs in September 2009.
