Dr. Oz: Beware of Candy Germs on Halloween
"Extra" Lifechanger Dr. Mehmet Oz is warning trick-or-treaters this year: swine flu could be passed around on candy. Nutritionist Tami Hulcher also has a health warning about consuming too many sweets.
It's also best to avoid white sugar, since it can hamper the immune system and make you more susceptible to disease. Also, your body doesn't know how to digest trans fat foods and you should eliminate them from your diet.
