Hurricane Harvey has wreaked havoc on many Texas communities.
The weekend storm brought more than 24 inches of rain to Houston, causing many residents to seek refuge after losing their homes.
Many celebrities, including Kevin Hart and Chris Young, donated money to relief efforts and urged others to help, too.
