Princess Beatrice Engaged to Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi — See Her Diamond Ring!

Princess Beatrice, 31, and property tycoon Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, 36, are getting married!

Earlier this month, Edoardo popped the question to Beatrice in Italy. In a statement, Buckingham Palace said, “The Duke and Duchess of York are delighted to announce the engagement of Princess Beatrice to Mr Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi.”

Beatrice and Edoardo were in Italy for Misha Nonoo's wedding, which was also attended by Beatrice's sister Eugenie, Prince Harry, and Meghan Markle.

In a separate statement, Edoardo and Beatrice said, “We are extremely happy to be able to share the news of our recent engagement. We are both so excited to be embarking on this life adventure together and can't wait to be married. We share so many similar interests and values and we know that this will stand us in great stead for the years ahead, full of love and happiness.”

The pair are set to walk down the aisle sometime next year.

On Instagram, Edoardo wrote, "You will never be alone my love, my heart is your home. Hand in hand, today, tomorrow and forever. 💍."

Along with sharing some engagement photos she had taken, Eugenie wrote on Instagram, “Beabea - wow! I'm so happy for you my dearest big sissy and dear Edo. It's been a long time coming and you two are meant to be. 📷 by me!!”

Eugenie made sure to bring attention to Beatrice's diamond sparkler!

The engagement comes nearly a year after Eugenie tied the knot with Jack Brooksbank at St. George's Chapel at Windsor Castle. It was the same site where Harry and Meghan got married last year.

We'll have to see if Beatrice and Edoardo follow suit!
