Kaley Cuoco on ‘Big Bang Theory’ Ending: ‘It’s One of the Sweetest Finales I’ve Ever Seen’
Kaley Cuoco and husband Karl Cook hit the red carpet for the “Big Bang Theory” finale, as Cuoco and her castmates prepared to say goodbye to the hit CBS show.
The actress opened up to “Extra” about filming the final episode, saying, “Honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better night. It was a beautiful night. The script was fantastic, the audience, it couldn't have been better… It was perfection and a memory I'll have for the rest of my life.”
Kaley is happy about how the show ends, saying, “I'm thrilled with the final episode, and I think fans will be thrilled with it. I'm trying not to be biased, but it's one of the sweetest finales I've ever seen.”
Kaley and her on-screen husband Johnny Galecki will host an “after the finale” special. Cuoco explained that showrunner Chuck Lorre “wanted us to do a behind-the-scenes episode about taking you behind what goes on at 'Big Bang,' and our crew, what makes the show tick… Should be a great little behind-the-curtain… and it was a way for Johnny and I to say goodbye.”
As for her best memory of the series, she said, “This has been the gift that keeps on giving.”
