Kourtney Kardashian Seeking Full Custody of Three Kids
Reality star Kourtney Kardashian is reportedly seeking sole custody of her kids, Mason, 5, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 7 months, following her separation from Scott Disick.
The 36-year-old was seen meeting with Hollywood mega divorce attorney Laura Wasser on Monday in Century City. A Kourtney insider revealed to Us Weekly, "She met with Laura Wasser again and is going to seek sole custody of the kids."
The close friend added, "She knows being with [Laura] is what's in their best interest. There's no turning back now and she is going full steam ahead with figuring out an agreement."
Another source believes Scott won't fight over custody. "Scott's friends don't think he'll challenge Kourtney."
Wasser has also worked with Kim's divorce from Kris Humphries, and Khloé's divorce from Lamar Odom.
