'This Is Us' Star Chrissy Metz Poses for Sexy Pinup Photo Shoot

In her first fashion photo shoot, the “This Is Us” star channels her inner pinup girl for HarpersBazaar.com. In one stunning photo, she wears a red swimsuit and black sun hat by Pin Up Girl Clothing. In another, she poses in a Unique Vintage blue-and-white polka dot dress with a red belt.

Chrissy said she was surprised when Harper's asked her to do the shoot. “When I first heard Harper's Bazaar wanted me to be sexy… I was like, 'Who, me?' I knew y'all were edgy, but this is incredible — it's validation."

Since the success of “This Is Us,” Metz has become a regular on the red carpet, and she credits her stylist Jordan Grossman for her signature style.

Metz explained, "She knows what works on me. She's given me permission to try different things.” She added, "I want to wear something because I love it, not because it follows the rules."

The 36-year-old insists she doesn't take fashion too seriously. "Like, if I ever end up on the worst-dressed list, it's not going to make me fall apart. I want to look great and feel good and be comfortable, but at the same time, none of this really matters. This is the fun stuff."
