Kate Hudson Makes First Public Appearance Since Welcoming Daughter

Actress Kate Hudson stepped out today, marking her first public appearance since welcoming daughter Rani with boyfriend Danny Fujikawa last month.
The 39-year-old mom of three showed off her svelte post-baby body in a blue button-down dress and neutral heels at a special event in L.A.
Kate joined Michael Kors onstage at UCLA to discuss the United Nations World Food Programme. Hudson was appointed a Goodwill Ambassador for the organization last week.
Hudson recently posted on Instagram about her new role, “As a mother, I understand the vital importance proper food and nutrition play in the life of a child. Having seen the work of the @worldfoodprogramme first hand, I am honored to join them as a Goodwill Ambassador as we work together toward a future with #ZeroHunger. Everyone deserves the proper food and nutrition they need so they can fulfill their full potential.”
