Joe Giudice’s Family Reacts to His Deportation Appeal Denial
On Thursday, Joe Giudice was faced with some bad news — his deportation appeal was denied by ICE.
His lawyer, James J. Leonard Jr., said in a statement to People magazine, "We are extremely disappointed that the Board of Immigration Appeals has denied Mr. Giudice's appeal. We have filed a stay with the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and will continue to fight to keep Mr. Giudice in the United States, the only country he know, and reunite him with his wife and four daughters.”
After the denial, Joe's wife of over 20 years, Teresa posted a throwback photo of their daughters cuddling with their father. She wrote, “Joe with the girls decorating eggs, days like this I love having photos.”

Their daughter Gia, 18, wrote a heartbreaking tribute after learning that her dad is likely to be deported. She shared on Instagram, “Pictures, memories, and hope is the only thing that has gotten my family this far. we are fighters but my father is someone who is one of the most important people in my life. not a day goes by where we don't love you, miss you, and fight for you with all our hearts. you will be home with us soon daddy. I love you so much.”

In October, a judge ruled Giudice should be deported back to his native Italy once he was released from prison. At the time, Joe told the judge, “I don't understand how I can be deported on this case. If you will, I'll tell you my side. I shouldn't even be here right now. I have to go back and tell my kids this, and they've been waiting to hear from me.”
Teresa recently revealed that they would go their separate ways if he is deported. She told Andy Cohen during the "RHONJ” Season 9 reunion, “I know exactly what happens — I'm sure he'll be with other women. It happens. You do the long-distance thing, it's not going to work. I'd be like, 'Bye-bye.'"
