How Prince Harry Reportedly Wooed Meghan Markle by Text

Over the weekend, reports were swirling about Prince Harry's rumored romance with “Suits” actress Meghan Markle.
In May, the two reportedly met while he was promoting the Invictus Games in Toronto, where they exchanged numbers. It was the same month that Markle and her ex-boyfriend Cory Vitiello apparently broke up. After the event, Harry reportedly sent her text messages until she agreed to go on a date with him. A source told DailyMail.com, "They are the real deal. He definitely pursued her and besieged her with texts until she agreed to a date.”
The source added, "He is very full-on but she was going through quite a tough time with her previous boyfriend and she was very flattered. He's head over heels and she feels the same.”
Though Harry and Markle's rumored romance is new, is an engagement in the works? A source commented to People, “That is certainly a possibility. It is certainly one possible outcome. It's pretty serious, so we will see.”
The Sun reports that the two met up at London's Soho House in July with a few friends and then went on two more dates alone, where he “swept her off her feet.”
Over the weekend, Harry was reportedly scheduled to fly to Toronto, but scrapped his plans after news broke about the romance. A source told Evening Standard, "The flight was booked last week but he was a no-show. The crew for the British Airways flight knew the Prince was booked to travel with them. It appears he pulled out at the last minute and decided not to travel.”
Harry and Meghan fueled the rumors by wearing matching bracelets. Another insider shared with The Daily Express, "He's happier than he's been for many years. He's in a very relaxed period of his life and Meghan has come along at the right time. They are taking each week as it comes and just enjoying each other's company but it's fair to say that they love seeing each other and there's a definite chemistry between them."
Harry has also reportedly introduced Meghan to his royal family. A source added, "William and Kate really liked her and she fitted in straight away. Meghan is a very confident and intelligent woman and she's not overawed mixing with royalty.'
Though Kensington Palace has not released a statement about the dating report, her rep said the romance is “unofficial,” adding, "However, should this be confirmed by the Palace, all of us at Kruger Cowne are delighted for them and wish them well."
