Kim & Kanye Welcome Their Second Child: Find Out the Name!

UPDATE: Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have named their baby boy Saint West, who weighed in at 8 lbs. 1 oz. They announced the news on her official app.
People magazine reports that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West welcomed their second child, a boy, early Saturday morning.
Kim's official app states that, "Mother and son are doing well." He joins a sister, North West, 2.
TMZ reports that Kim struggled with complications before giving birth naturally to her baby boy. The delivery took an extra two hours because she apparently had placenta accreta, which is a condition when the "placenta grows deeply into the uterus."
The night before she gave birth, Kim posted an image of her baby bump on Instagram, egging on her son with the words, "Ready whenever you are lol."
Turns out he was ready.
