At the age of 57, Hugh Grant has gotten married for the first time, exchanging vows with longtime GF Anna Eberstein, 39, Friday at the Chelsea Register Office in London.

News broke that the couple would wed after a public notice went up in British newspapers last week.
They have been together over six years and share three children together, ages 5, 2, and 2 months. Grant is also the father of two kids, ages 6 and 5, with ex Tinglan Hong.
