Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have reunited in Cody, Wyoming, TMZ reports.

The couple was photographed in a car outside a Wendy's fast food restaurant.

The photos were taken as the couple headed back to his ranch. They were visibly upset during the intense car ride, and DailyMail.com posted photos of Kim in tears. Kanye was seen getting animated while exchanging words with Kim.

The sighting comes after Kanye publicly apologized to his wife for hurting her. He had recently told a crowd at a campaign rally that they considered aborting their daughter North, followed by tweets that Kim was trying to have him locked up. The rapper also tweeted about wanting a divorce.

She showed her support with an Instagram post acknowledging his bipolar diagnosis and writing, “Those who are close with Kanye know his heart and understand his words sometimes do not align with his intentions.”

Over the weekend, Us Weekly reported that Kanye had sought treatment for anxiety at a local hospital.

A source said, “He has been surrounded by a lot of people and started to feel really overwhelmed. Kanye decided to go to the hospital to get checked out. Upon his arrival, Kanye decided he'd rather be seen at home. He headed back to his home — an ambulance followed.”
