Heather Locklear Arrested for Domestic Violence and Assault on a Police Officer

On Sunday, actress Heather Locklear had another run-in with the law.

Locklear was busted for felony domestic violence and misdemeanor battery on a police officer.

TMZ reports that Heather's brother called police after allegedly witnessing Heather and her boyfriend Chris Heisser fighting at her Thousand Oaks home. Responding officers reportedly saw marks on her boyfriend's body.

In the 911 call, the dispatcher is heard saying, "His sister and her boyfriend are arguing."

When Locklear was arrested, she allegedly became physically aggressive, kicking and eventually hitting three police officers.

The 57-year-old was put in handcuffs and taken to the hospital for evaluation.

A police source claimed to DailyMail.com that Heather “practically bit the tip off of Heisser's nose” before police showed up to her house. The source added, “She punched the lady cop and called her a 'c**t,' kicked one of the male cops in the balls, and punched the third male cop and called them all 'f**king assholes,' ranting at them.”

Less than an hour after the altercation, Heisser was arrested for DUI.

Locklear and Heisser have both been released on ball.

Her first court appearance has been scheduled for March 13, while his DUI hearing will take place in April.

In happier times, Locklear gushed about Heisser on Instagram. In September, she posted a high school pic of him, writing, “Happy Birthday to My first love and final love. Forever isn't long enough. Meet you there in 2 days💋.”

In another more current photo, she wrote, “My favorite person on earth. 40 years later.”

In the past, Locklear was arrested for DUI and misdemeanor hit and run. In 2008, she plead no contest to reckless driving and the DUI charge was dismissed. She was sentenced to three years of probation, ordered to pay a $700 fine, and take a driver safety class.
