Rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs is hospitalized after undergoing knee surgery!
Combs posted a health update on Instagram Thursday, writing, "Just had my final knee surgery. They said I'd never run again. I SAID THE DEVIL IS A LIAR.!! 3 surgeries in one year! 3rd times a the charm!!!”
Sean also explained how his surgeries changed his outlook on life, saying, "Don't take the simple things in life for granted. Thank you to all the surgeons and docs and PTs. I THANK GOD FOR YALL!”
Diddy was visited in the hospital by his kids — Justin, 23; Christian, 18; Chance, 10; and twins D'Lila and Jessie, both 10. In one photo, he wrote, “I don't know what I would have done if I didn't have my sons by my side these last two years! They have been more than sons they have been my support system. NOW LETS BALL!!!!! #RealLove.”
Along with his family, the 47-year-old also received some love from fellow rapper French Montana, who sent him flowers.
Though he had to undergo several painful surgeries after falling through a hole onstage at the 2015 BET Awards, Sean is looking at the positive, writing, "God puts us all thru things for reason. It's up to us to learn through the things that he puts us through! Sometimes you have to go through the pain to get to the joy.”
