Say What? Gwyneth Paltrow Reveals She Brought Ex-Husband Chris Martin on Her Honeymoon

On Wednesday, Gwyneth Paltrow made an appearance on “Live! with Kelly and Ryan,” where she opened up about her “big family honeymoon” with husband Brad Falchuk.

Over the holidays, Gwyneth and Brad took their honeymoon in the Maldives, where they were joined by her ex-husband Chris Martin, their kids, and their family friends. She shared, “It was a very modern honeymoon.”

When Kelly found out that Chris was on the trip, she quipped, “There'd be so much crime scene tape at our honeymoon.”

Despite their split in 2014, Gwyneth and Chris were able to have a “great conversation” on her honeymoon. She emphasized, “I think we just wanted to minimize the pain for the kids, they just want to see their parents around the dinner table, basically. We try to keep that.”

Gwyneth and Brad tied the knot in September at her East Hampton, New York, home.

Earlier in the day, Paltrow revealed her favorite memory from the nuptials on “Good Morning America.” Noting that it was the people who attended, she said, “We had a very small wedding. We both have really old friends from elementary school and high school and that was really the bulk of our friends that were there. It was just really special.”
