Heather Locklear Arrested Again

Actress Heather Locklear has had another run-in with the law.

On Sunday night, Locklear was arrested for battery on a police officer and emergency personnel, TMZ reports.

Cops were called to Heather's residence twice that day before she allegedly punched a police officer who was trying to separate her from family members. As paramedics were putting her on a gurney, she allegedly kicked an EMT.

Heather, who was booked on two counts of misdemeanor battery, was taken to a hospital first for evaluation before her trip to jail. She has been released on $20,000 bail.

DailyMail.com shot photos of Heather after her release. Heather, who wore pajama pants, flip-flops over socks, and an oversized hoodie, remained silent about the arrest when photogs approached her.

Last week, Locklear was hospitalized for psychiatric evaluation after she allegedly threatened to “shoot herself.”

According to RadarOnline.com, Locklear checked into a 5-day detox center in L.A., but left after two days. A source claimed that she came home “wasted.”
