Guess Which Former Child Star Just Dropped 23 Pounds on Nutrisystem
That would be Soleil Moon Fry, best known as the child star of the '80s TV show “Punky Brewster”!
Frye recently lost 23 pounds with the help of Nutrisystem, and she can't help but share pics of her slim physique.

As a spokesperson for the weight loss program, the former child star explained, "I jumpstarted my weight loss with Nutrisystem Fast 5+ and was able to lose 5 pounds in my first week, which gave me the motivation to keep going. And I'm still going.”
She added, "I love that I don't have to miss out on meals with my family. When my kids are having pizza, I make my Nutrisystem pizza. My kids are happy that I get to spend this time with them and I'm happy that I'm eating healthy. It's a win-win for everyone."
Frye, who has three children with TV producer husband Jason Goldberg, also wants to help inspire mothers everywhere. "I just think it's important to empower ourselves. We have kids and we love our kids. But we still have ourselves... I want to feel like the best version of myself. I want to encourage moms to feel good about themselves. It's great to feel your best. If I can do it, anyone can do it.”
