‘Bachelor in Paradise’ Wedding! Krystal Nielson & Chris Randone Get Married

Over the weekend, the pair, both 31, exchanged vows in front of their close friends and family at the Vidanta Hotel in Puerto Vallarta.

Nielson told People magazine, “We are so excited to start this new chapter of our lives together. We will have each other's backs forever.”

The ceremony was officiated by “Bachelor in Paradise” host Chris Harrison.

Some of the “Bachelor Nation” stars to attend the nuptials included Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon, Becca Kufrin, and Ben Higgins.

The wedding came a year after Chris popped the question on the fifth season of “Bachelor in Paradise.”

After their engagement, the couple started living together in San Diego. While acknowledging “it was fast,” Chris noted, “In that environment, it's equivalent to months of dating. We accomplished a lot more in a shorter amount of time.”

Randone is already thinking about having a family with Nielson. He shared, “I've always dreamed of being a husband and a father and I have the perfect partner by my side.”

A few days ago, Krystal opened up about their future together. She wrote on Instagram, “We decided, together as a team, that there are a few layers of our relationship that we want to build before we take that exciting step, but not blindly. We took a fertility test from @modernfertility and because of these results we were able to make a concrete plan for OUR future.”

As for how Chris has changed since meeting Krystal, he recently revealed, “I was very thick-skinned and hard-shelled when I got to Paradise. I was not myself. I was trying to act like this tough guy, that I had an ego. She pulled me aside and said, 'You need to be more self-aware or you're going to lose friendships here and you're going to lose me.' I realized that this woman came out of nowhere to give me direction. I felt it from her heart and I realized that if I don't change now and be vulnerable, I'm going to lose this incredible woman.”

Krystal was able to relate to Chris' behavior, saying, “We were both hard-skinned because we went through tough times, and we bonded over that. I could understand him.”

Earlier this month, Nielson dished on her happy life with Randone, telling Us Weekly, “It's been a whirlwind of so much love and bliss and happiness, and sometimes it doesn't feel real, but at the same time, it's what I always knew I wanted and deserved, and I just found my person. So life's blissful.”
