Two months after their breakup, it appears that “The Vampire Diaries” stars Phoebe Tonkin and Paul Wesley are back together!
On Monday, the two were spotted holding hands while spending time together at The Grove in Los Angeles.
Last month, Phoebe and Paul were seen out for dinner at Madeo restaurant in West Hollywood, sparking rumors that they had rekindled their romance.
She recently fueled the rumors by posting a pic of Paul on her Instagram, writing, "Resting life dilemma face 😉 .”
