Baby News, Relationship Drama, and More from the ‘KUWTK’ Season 16 Trailer!

We are breaking down all the news and drama in the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” Season 16 trailer.

First off, Kim Kardashian and husband Kanye West tell a very excited Kris Jenner and Scott Disick that they are expecting baby #4 via surrogate!

Fast-forward to Kim telling someone on the phone, "Kanye's friends always publicly talk s--t about him,” and then another scene of her intently telling West in the car, “I don't got love.”

Something is also up with Kourtney Kardashian and ex-boyfriend Scott, who continue to co-parent their three kids.

She tells him, "I don't want you to think I'm giving a mixed message," to which he replies, “You barely give a regular message.”

Disick also calls out Kourtney's love for Kanye, telling Kim, "Kourtney's obsessed with Kanye,” and Kim jokes, “The family that swaps together, stays together!”

The trailer reveals some drama with Khloé, too, as she yells over a family meal, “I could be selfish and spend all the time with me and my daughter!”
