See Keith Urban Crash Our Zoom Call with Nicole Kidman and her ‘Undoing’ Co-Star Hugh Grant!

Nicole Kidman and Hugh Grant are starring in their first dramatic miniseries together, the psychological thriller “The Undoing” on HBO. The longtime friends opened up to “Extra's” Renee Bargh about the project, and Nicole's husband Keith Urban even crashed the Zoom call!

The actors have known each other since their 20s. Renee asked what took them so long to work together. Nicole quipped, “He would always say no,” and Hugh teased, “I didn't like her, didn't want to work with her.”

Renee laughed, saying, “I don't believe that,” to which, Nicole joked, “He still doesn't.”

When Renee asked if it were true that Hugh doesn't like to work in general, he said, “Yes, a little bit… When this came along I did realize with some horror that I would have to do it because it was so classy, it was a brilliant script… Nicole's in it with all her Oscars… So it was a no-brainer, really.”

In the series, they play a successful New York City couple whose life of wealth and privilege unravels when they get caught up in a murder mystery.

Their biggest fan may just be Nicole's husband, Keith Urban. Nicole revealed, “He kept wanting to watch more and more,” explaining that the miniseries has an “addictive” quality.

Would Keith ever tell her if he didn't like something she was in? Nicole insisted, “He'll say if he doesn't like it — he'll definitely say, he doesn't mince words.”

That's when Keith popped up behind Nicole to agree! Urban shook his head and flashed a thumbs-up. Watch the video above!

Kidman added, “He's like, 'You gotta wrap it up soon, baby —it's late here.'”
