Chris Harrison Talks New Show That Will Bring Back Bachelor Nation Favorites
Chris Harrison is dishing with “Extra's” Jenn Lahmers on all things Bachelor Nation.
Some of the most recent headlines involve Hannah Brown spending time with Tyler Cameron and Peter Weber dating Kelley Flanagan.
Chris broke it down, saying, Hannah and Tyler “were quarantining together for the first part of this thing. I know they're good friends… She went down for the celebration of Tyler's mom's life, are they dating? I don't know… If they find love in all of this like Kelly and Peter seem to have, great good on you, and yeah, I think we may need to do a three- or four-hour special as soon as this over, 'The Bachelor in Quarantine.'”
While production is halted on Claire Crawley's season of “The Bachelorette” due to the quarantine, there is a new show that will satisfy “Bachelor” fans, “Obviously because of the quarantine and the pandemic none of us could be in production… there is this desire and clamoring for old seasons of 'The Bachelor'… These are classic seasons, these are the seasons that really made 'The Bachelor' what it is so we thought let's go back and compile an entire season into one night. On Monday nights you're going to see an entire season and I'll be hosting it from the mansion and then virtually reach out to people that were on that season… Think of it more as a documentary or a podcast on that season.”
Saying it will be all the classic seasons over 10 weeks, he said. “It's like picking kids… Trista the first 'Bachelorette' ever… Jason Mesnick, the Jason, Molly, Melissa thing… Sean Lowe, instant classic… Ben Higgins, Kaitlyn those are some great seasons… Juan Pablo is probably a given.”
For now, fans are watching stars being made on “The Bachelor Presents Listen to Your Heart,” following singles trying to find love through music. “It is such a damn good show… This Julia and Brandon story is fascinating to me… Julia is wild to watch, I mean she is wild.”
“The Bachelor Presents Listen to Your Heart” airs Mondays at 8 p.m. on ABC.
