Reality Star Anfisa Nava Shows Off Total Body Transformation with Before & After Pics
Anfisa Nava has taken up bodybuilding, and completely transformed her figure.
The “90 Day Fiancé” star shared a before and after post on Instagram, asking fans, “Which do you prefer - before or after?”

In the first pic, taken in summer 2017, she poses in a one-piece, in the after photo she's in a bikini.
Anfisa shared another before pic in Instagram Stories from September 2017, telling fans, “Do some of you believe I photoshop my 'before' pictures to look bigger? You've never seen me like this because I didn't post unflattering pictures, that's it.”
Nava's husband Jorge is serving a 2.5 year sentence for possession of drugs with intention to sell. In December, Anfisa shared on Instagram, “to fill the void that I felt after Jorge was sentenced and I was left on my own I decided to try to stay busy and do what I enjoy the most and it was working out. And ONE DAY I want to take it on a higher level and compete in NPC bikini division.”
