Six castoffs from the blind auditions will get a chance to prove themselves by joining coach Kelsea Ballerini on the online show. After a series of competitions, Kelsea will choose two finalists to move on to the live shows.
Executive Producer Audrey Morrissey explained, "In the playoff round, which is live, there will be two artists from 'The Comeback Stage' that will perform and there will be an overnight vote and then the winner of that will be part of the show and they will get to choose their team.”
She added, "We will, for the first time, enter the live shows with 13 artists."
“The Comeback Stage” will be available on YouTube, The Voice Official App, Instagram TV, Facebook and NBC.com starting Sept. 24.
