DuShon Monique Brown’s Cause of Death Revealed

“Chicago Fire” actress DuShon Monique Brown died at the age of 49 in March, and more details about her death have now been released.
The Cook County Medical Examiner's Office told TMZ that Brown's cause of death was sepsis. According to Mayo Clinic, it typically occurs when chemicals released into the bloodstream to fight an infection cause inflammatory responses throughout the body.
The contributing factors were high blood pressure and obesity.
Days before her death, Brown checked into a hospital after suffering chest pains.
