Blac Chyna’s Assistant Dies

Reality star Blac Chyna's assistant Lorena “Patty” Hernandez has passed away.

The Blast reports that Hernandez's family made the tough decision to take her off life support after her doctors declared that she was brain-dead.

In January, Hernandez suffered a brain hemorrhage at Chyna's salon in Encino and was rushed to the hospital. She fell into a coma soon after.

Though she showed some signs of improvement, she suffered a third brain bleed and never recovered.

According to Page Six, Hernandez's husband is preparing to sue Blac Chyna for abuse and for not providing her with workers' compensation. A source said, “Remember when the news broke and she said she was helping [Hernandez] and she was helping the kids and everything? She never did.”

The insider claimed, “[Chyna] has never ever been [to the hospital. She was only there the first day when they found her at Lashed, but the only reason she came to the hospital was to tell the doctors and everyone not to give out any information to anybody. When I got there they didn't even want to give me information because she gave them the order not to say anything. After that she never came back.”

"Extra" has reached out for comment from Blac Chyna, but has not heard back.
