Gwen Stefani Dishes on Her Thanksgiving with Blake Shelton
Singer Gwen Stefani is in the holiday spirit!
Stefani spent the Thanksgiving holiday with her “Sexiest Man Alive” boyfriend Blake Shelton and sons Kingston, 11, Zuma, 9, and Apollo, 3, in Oklahoma. She jetted back to L.A. to celebrate the release of her new album “You Make It Feel Like Christmas,” talking only with “Extra's” Mark Wright.
Of Turkey Day, the 48-year-old gushed, “It was amazing. Really, really fun. Tons of dishes. Lots of china to wash. It was fun to actually go that big, go that fancy, and just be really grateful.”
The L.A. trip was a quick one, Gwen said. “Tonight, straight after this. Straight to the plane. I gotta go back. They're all there waiting for me. They're at a campfire right now… I had, like, 30 family members that flew out and we had this amazing, family, traditional Thanksgiving.”
Gwen documented the holiday on social media, sharing family photos. Mark mentioned how “sweet” it was that her parents are still married, just like his! When asked if she would possibly give marriage another try, Gwen replied, “Gosh, at this point in my life I'm literally, like, anything can happen. I'm just trying to live in the moment, too, because it goes by so fast.”

Her first Christmas album, which also features a duet with Blake, is doing well on the charts. She said, “I've never done Christmas. It's just a different category with music. And it feels so new and fresh and exciting and joyful — it's fun.”
Gwen also had fun meeting her fans at the album's release party at The Grove, some of them even camping out all night to meet her! Gwen said, “I saw that on Twitter and I was like... 'I love you guys.' I'm super grateful.”
Gwen also did a meet-and-greet in New York recently, reflecting, “It was so moving to meet the people that actually listen to the music. They have my journey, like, life journey with me, and so when they tell me what they have to tell me… it's mind-blowing.”
