‘Blueberry Hill’ Singer Fats Domino Dead at 89
R&B singer Fats Domino has passed away at age 89.
Domino's death was confirmed by an administrative assistant at the Jefferson Parish Coroner's Office in Louisiana, according to Variety. He died peacefully at home on Tuesday, surrounded by his family, his daughter told WWL.
His cause of death has not been revealed.

Domino was known for early rock hits like “Ain't That a Shame” (1955), "Blueberry Hill" (1956) and "I'm Walkin'" (1957). He was one of the original Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees in 1986, and was honored with a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award the following year.
After news of his death, celebrities took to social media to mourn the loss of yet another music legend.
