Angelina Jolie Takes All 6 Kids to Telluride Film Festival
Angelina Jolie and her brood spent the holiday weekend at the Telluride Film Festival.
Jolie made a surprise appearance at the premiere of her new film “First They Killed My Father,” and brought Maddox, 16, Pax, 13, Zahara, 12, Shiloh, 11, and 9-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox along for the event.
“First They Killed My Father” is the true story of Loung Ung, a woman who grew up in Cambodia in the 1970s and survived the Khmer Rouge's reign of terror and genocide.
Jolie directed and produced the Netflix film and Maddox, who was born in Cambodia, served as an executive producer.

View StoryVanity Fair reports that Angelina told the audience during a festival Q&A, “I wanted my son to know who his countrymen are.”
She also related the film to current-day events, saying, “You see a vacuum, a rise in extremism, misinformation... little girls feeling like they're completely left alone.”
Jolie and the family posed for pictures with Ung and stars Kimhak Mun and Sareum Srey Moch.
