After her New Year’s Eve fiasco, singer Mariah Carey reunited with her ex, Nick Cannon, for a family dinner with their twins Moroccan and Monroe.
Cannon posted a photo of the family gathering on Instagram and wrote, "All is well! Live! Love! Laugh! @mariahcarey #Ncredible.” The photo was also reposted by Mariah.
On the same day, Ryan Seacrest, who hosted "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest,” also commented on Mariah’s performance fail on his morning radio show. He said, "She knows what Times Square’s about. It’s complicated… Imagine every single outlet — TV outlet — in the world is there, so there’s all kinds of technical things going on.”
He went on, "For Mariah, I was up there at the stage to introduce her on the same stage she performs on. And it’s live television, and things happen on live TV, and, you know, if something goes wrong, it’s unfortunate for anybody.”
Mariah’s manager Stella Bulochnikov also gave her two cents on the aftermath of the New Year’s Eve performance. She told “Extra” on Tuesday night, "Mariah’s hurt. She’s a really good person, she went out of her way to be there, and be festive… Of course she’s moving on, and we have bigger and better things to do.”
