Jay Mohr Files for Divorce from Nikki Cox for the Second Time

Jay Mohr has filed divorce from his wife of 10 years, Nikki Cox. This is the second time this year he has filed.
Mohr filed the first time on July 19, but the two reconciled and he withdrew the divorce petition. Just a couple of days later on July 21, Jay posted a photo to Twitter with Nikki kissing his cheek, captioned, "Leaving THE PREACHERS show today. My baby.”
Things apparently went downhill – “Extra” has obtained divorce documents filed by Jay, citing irreconcilable differences. TMZ was the first to report he is also requesting joint legal and physical custody of their 5-year-old son. The document also states they have a prenup that spells out all of the financials.
The two have worked closely over the years, with Nikki writing the comedian's Showtime special, "Jay Mohr: Happy. And a Lot."
