Copy-Kate! Did the Duchess Steal Paris Hilton’s Style?

Last night, Kate Middleton appeared on the red carpet in London for the premiere of the film "A Street Cat Named Bob" wearing the very same dress Paris Hilton wore last week!
The creamy-white gown, designed by Self Portrait, was a beautiful, flowing number with a high slit revealing some leg. Very feminine, the lace top complemented the whimsical pleated skirt.
Hilton wore the exact same dress on October 28 at the amfAR Inspiration Gala in Los Angeles. While Kate's look was completed with ruby red heels, a red clutch, and a red poppy in honor of Remembrance Day, Paris chose to pull the look together with white heels and diamonds.
