Stars Who Have Admitted to Having Plastic Surgery
These stars aren't afraid of a little nip and tuck! Keep reading to see which celebrities have admitted to going under the knife a time or two. For some, plastic surgery has been life-changing… while others have their regrets.
Kaley Cuoco
Cuoco admitted to Cosmo that she got a boob job while working on “8 Simple Rules” in 2004, and she couldn't be happier with her decision. She told the magazine it was "the best decision I ever made."
Iggy Azalea
The rapper is an open book when it comes to her plastic surgery. She has spoken freely about her breast-enhancement surgery, and even posted a picture with her plastic surgeon on Instagram. After rumors started circulating that she had a nose job in 2015, she told Seventeen, “I'm not denying it. Denying it is lame. I don't think you should be ashamed if you made a change to yourself, which is why I've spoken about the changes I've made, like with my breasts.”
Sharon Osbourne
“The Talk” co-host has a warning for anyone thinking about going under the knife… it hurts! She told People magazine, "If anybody says their face-lift doesn't hurt they're lying. It was like I'd spent the night with an ax murderer. They take your ears off and put them back on.”
Courteney Cox
On an episode of “Running Wild with Bear Grylls,” Cox told the host she had “learned lessons” about aging in Hollywood. She explained, “Sometimes you find yourself trying and then you look at a picture of yourself and go, 'Oh, God.' Like, you look horrible. I have done things that I regret, and luckily they're things that dissolve and go away. So, um, that's good, because it's not always been my best look. So, now I just have a new motto: 'Just let it be.'"
Kim Zolciak-Biermann
The former “Real Housewives” star's plastic surgeon can take some credit for her stunning looks. Zolciak-Biermann has confessed to a boob job and tummy tuck, as well as Botox and lip injections. She told E! News, "I will always nip and tuck if I feel the need to do so. I'm open about it. I don't care."
Heidi Montag Pratt
Back in 2010, Montag went under the knife for 10 procedures — all in one day. At the time, she shared with People, "For the past three years, I've thought about what to have done. I'm beyond obsessed.” Nowadays, Heidi has a different perspective on her decision, saying, "I was in way over my head with the surgeries. I had no idea what I was getting into or that it was a lifelong commitment. It was very challenging, both physically, emotionally, spiritually, mentally, on my husband, and on our lives."
Jillian Michaels
Fitness guru Michaels says getting a nose job after being bullied in school made her feel more confident. "I had my nose done when I was 16 years old, and I'll be honest, it did change my life," she told People. "Not to say you should let your physicality define you, but there are some things that can make people feel really insecure. So, if there is something you want to fix that allows you to feel a little bit more confident, I support it.”
Kelly Rowland
The singer took her time before undergoing cosmetic surgery. She told Shape, "I wanted to get breast implants when I was 18, but my mom and Beyoncé's mom told me to really think about it first. I took their advice and waited 10 years.”
Courtney Love
Love told Jimmy Kimmel in 2014 that her “schnoz” was getting between her and some great roles when she was a struggling actress, so she had a nose job when she was 20. “Yeah, I got my nose fixed," she told him, adding, "In six months, the whole world changed."
Kourtney Kardashian
The reality star says her boob job is “no secret,” however, the tabloids don't always get her before and after pictures right. She told Nightline, "It's so funny because the 'before' picture that they showed was after I had my boob job, so I'm like, 'They should have written before Mason and after Mason. Like, my boobs have like tripled since breastfeeding."
