A top-secret memorial will be held for Prince in Beverly Hills on Wednesday, reports TMZ.
A source tells the site that only the artist's inner circle was invited to the tribute. Planners mailed out invitations, but didn't include an address. Invitees must RSVP to be vetted and receive the exact location.
Prince's family was reportedly not invited, so the gathering is likely exclusive to industry folks.
