Olympic swimming champ Michael Phelps has welcomed his first child with fiancée Nicole Johnson, a healthy boy named Boomer Robert Phelps!
Boomer came into the world on May 5, according to People magazine. Phelps could not conceal his joy, writing on Instagram, "Healthy and happy!!! Best feeling I have ever felt in my life!!!"
The couple had announced they were expecting in November.
