In the trailer, Ellen Pompeo's character Meredith Grey goes through some rough times after being brutally attacked by a patient.
Ellen's co-star Sarah Drew recently shared with Entertainment Weekly about the episode, “She's attacked really brutally, really viciously, and in a completely surprising, weird way.”
The episode was directed by Denzel Washington.
