This is the shocking moment that will land Nick Gordon in court… Bobbi Kristina's boyfriend was blindsided by a process server at a Florida Starbucks, and was served with papers from a $40-million lawsuit.

Recently out of rehab, Gordon was apparently unaware of what had just happened.
The lawsuit, obtained by “Extra,” was filed by Bobbi Kristina's estate. It accuses Gordon of “punching her in the face, knocking out a front tooth, and dragging her upstairs by her hair.” The filing also claims Gordon stole thousands from Krissi after she was admitted to the hospital in January.
