What Whitney Bischoff Was Wearing When ‘Bachelor’ Chris Soules Proposed
Whitney Bischoff said “yes” to Chris Soules on the finale of “The Bachelor” last night, and today the two are talking to “Extra's” AJ Calloway about their whirlwind romance.
Whitney opened up about the proposal that took place on Soules' family farm in Iowa. “To see him get down on one knee and finally say I love you and reciprocate, that was the most amazing feeling.”
When asked if she ever imagined she would get engaged in a barn, the 29-year-old said she did envision it because she knew it was a special place to Chris.
The fertility nurse also revealed what she was wearing underneath her dress because it was cold. “I had long johns on underneath my dress.”
Calloway joked, “You picked her because she's smart, she's practical.” Chris laughed, “Absolutely! I need someone to compensate me for my lack of intelligence… that's my better half right here.”
With the proposal out of the way, the next big question is about starting a family. Whitney said, “Kids are definitely something we both want and we both want a large family, so obviously it's not going to happen tomorrow, but it's definitely in our future.”
Before they can start a family on the farm, the couple is moving to L.A. while Chris competes on “Dancing with the Stars.”
Soules showed off some of his dance moves, saying he's “as ready as I'll ever be.”
Bischoff is also on board, even though Soules will be dancing closely with his partner. “I have seen the show, but I'm confident that's not going to bother me.”
