Patricia Arquette Uses Oscars Speech to Make Plea for Women's Rights
Best Supporting Actress winner Patricia Arquette used her time on the Oscars stage to bring attention to equal rights for women.
The "Boyhood" star said, “To every woman who gave birth to every taxpayer and every citizen of this nation, we have fought for everybody else's equal rights. It's our time to have wage equality once and for all and equal rights for women in the United States of America."
The rousing speech brought Meryl Streep to her feet!
