Kim Kardashian debuted a shocking look at sister Kendall Jenner's 19th birthday party on Monday, revealing her newly bleached eyebrows!
She shared a party pic of herself and model Cara Delevingne on Instagram, adding the caption, “Don't be scared of my bleached brows... it's for a photo shoot.”
Kanye was also at the shindig… and so was Khloé Kardashian's ex, French Montana!
